New Project:“Park Modern”

Studio Miaki proudly unveils "Park Modern," our latest project that merges artful design with modern comfort.

A Serene Urban Retreat with an Artistic Soul

'Park Modern' is a three-bedroom apartment strategically positioned to offer breathtaking views of Hyde Park's lush greenery. Set on the 4th floor, each bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, the residence caters to the urban dweller's desire for luxury with a touch of nature's charm. It's a space where comfort meets modern elegance, with three panoramic balconies providing an organic connection to the outdoors.

Art is the soul of 'Hyde Park Haven,' with Studio Miaki's signature touch evident in the collaboration with Studio Lawrence to create a central abstract piece that anchors the living space. Fei Alexeli's monochromatic photography and Rebecca Hardaker's contemplative artworks offer a visual dialogue with the apartment's architecture, while Anna Kora's framed prints, sourced from Wondering People, add a layer of cultured sophistication.

Each room within 'Hyde Park Haven' narrates its own story, with every design decision and artistic collaboration serving to enhance the living experience.

The Living Room

As you enter the living room, you're greeted by an expanse of space where the soft, earthy palette on the walls and the texture underfoot speak of elegance. The stunning long windows, dressed in delicate curtains, frame the iconic park views. Here, bespoke furniture pieces, including a high-performance leather sofa, offer both comfort and style, while the extendable ceramic-top dining table exudes sophisticated design.

The Master Bedroom

A sanctuary within the sanctuary, the master bedroom is an intimate setting featuring a warm velvet headboard and sophisticated leather details.

The Second Bedroom

Designed with practical elegance in mind, this room offers additional storage solutions, including stylish open shelves, all harmonized with the warm and textured colour theme of the entire apartment.

The Study/Guest Room

True to our philosophy of multi-functional spaces, this room doubles as a serene study and a welcoming guest room. With a day bed that transforms into a king-size bed, it's an embodiment of thoughtful design that anticipates the needs of residents and their guests.
